Navigating Deceased Estate Administration

Sage Executor Solutions offers much more than what many would define as a “product” or a “service”.

We are dedicated to providing executor services through personal guidance and understanding, as you navigate deceased estate administration while experiencing loss and grief.

Whilst we may not be able to complete all of the paperwork for you or personally engage in every phone call, you can rest assured that through our own experience we have navigated the most simplified strategy and partnered with the most capable of service providers to help you navigate after death administration and executor of the will processes.

Our aim is to help you settle matters in a timely and cost-effective manner, so you can get on with the most important next step: Your healing.

How long will the process take?

When it comes to managing deceased estate administration, every case requires a different level and amount of support.

For example: some Telco providers will allow us to correspond on your behalf, others won’t. Some correspondence can be done in real time over the phone, and other communications must be done via post or email, requiring following up by both parties. For these reasons it is hard to quantify exactly how long the process will take, but you can rest assured that you will be connected to the most direct and appropriate line of contact in order to expedite each matter and be provided documents in one easy to access package to work through at your own pace.

How is our time charged?

Our aim during your initial free consultation is to gain an in depth understanding of all the documentation and support you may require in order for us to tailor a specific quote for your needs. This ensures we are not basing our service offering and pricing on a “one size fits all” mentality, because everyone deserves a personalised approach during such a difficult time.

Our offering always includes complimentary witnessing and certifying of documents (South Australia only), and access to our network of national industry experts to assist you with items that you may need to outsource such as a Grant of Probate.

With 50+ individual items to complete within the deceased estate administration framework, below is a snapshot of just a few of categories and items we will discuss in your initial consultation.

  • Property

Ceasing utilities including solar, water gas & electricity, sale or leasing of the deceased's residential or investment properties, PEXA title changes for the deceased's property.
